By accessing bynarize.com (the "Site") or using any of our free tools, calculators or demo experiences, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the marketing Site only. Access to and use of the Bynarize HRMS application is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Order Form between Bynarize and the customer.
2. Who we are

3. Permitted use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Site or tools in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes without permission.
- Submit false, misleading or other people’s personal information without authority to do so.
4. Free tools, calculators and estimates
Our calculators, health scores, audit simulators and similar tools are provided for general guidance and illustration only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard assumptions; they are not a guarantee of savings, compliance, outcomes or financial results.
You should not rely on these tools as a substitute for professional, legal, tax or accounting advice tailored to your circumstances.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Bynarize name and the underlying software — are owned by or licensed to Bynarize and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for your own evaluation purposes. All other rights are reserved.
6. Pricing and information accuracy
We work to keep pricing, feature descriptions and other information on the Site accurate and current, but it may change without notice and may contain errors. Pricing shown is indicative; the binding commercial terms are those stated in your Order Form. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
7. Third-party links and integrations
The Site may reference or link to third-party products and websites (for example, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Slack). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and a reference does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bynarize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on any tool or estimate. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the Site, without prejudice to any specific dispute-resolution terms in a signed customer agreement.
